While we have good facilities management, I cannot say my cleaner is the absolute best and is head and shoulders above the rest.People tend to hire us who are too busy to talk to guests, do the pricing, etc. 

This was a well oiled machine with not a day going by that emails were not answered.

This won’t work with our closed access storage facility.

Financed the purchase of a 12 unit motel in an area with an oil refinery; the buyer/investor rehabbed and turned it into furnished month to month rentals.  

We are considering developing it into a multi floor climate controlled self storage facility.
