From my experience, here are a few property management companies that my clients have worked with:ERA Solutions: They have a strong presence in C-class neighborhoods.Realize Property Management: Better suited for A and B-class neighborhoods, though they do manage some C-class properties.Ohio Elite Management: Primarily focuses on B and C-class neighborhoods.

You can get similar returns with co-living (padsplit ect), but that will likely not be a long term solution for you since you have not enjoyed being a landlord.

After exiting that business, I began exploring innovative solutions to the growing senior housing crisis.

The landlords solution is to make us all “owners” by creating a lease option to purchase contract. 

The fines are steep and none of the violations team are stepping up to follow through with us or provide any solutions, updates, give us peace of mind... nothing. 

It's a false circumventive solution, honestly. 

Hard money, which is most commonly from an institutional lender (either a broker with a white label setup or a lending firm), is generally available, but you will need to meet experience requirements to obtain funding from these kinds of lenders.

It's an innovative program, but seems like an over-complicated solution rather than just waiting for the moratoriums to be lifted and proceed was foreclosures and evictions.
