To me what comes to mind are sole proprietors that need temp space for their startup ie new yoga instructors -OR- seasonal businesses that need a short term commercial lease.

The most interesting to me is the guru list, associates and supporters showing how this network of criminals.....I mean "Instructors" operate in an orchestrated manner. 

MLS ( agent property listing) - The instructor stated that if we take his training sessions they will teach us how to look and get data of a house before it hits the MLS.

Then, a man named Mark came up and introduced himself as the instructor.

It was kinda far for me but it was 3 weeks and the instructor knew how to teach.As far as meet ups.

REI training really boils down to the instructor, because what I've seen and heard is not correct or realistic, there are some bad habits taught.

If you want to be a real estate investor, then be a real estate investor.Do you remember in the movie "Top Gun" where the guys were not getting their planes off the ground in a short span and they were thinking it was impossible until the instructor showed them that yes, it can be done?

My instructor, a broker, was repulsed by the concept.

A tree can grow, but only if its roots are given a healthy foundation.For those of you out there that must continue to sit in desks and yield to the authoritarian ideologies of instructors, do not be disheartened.
