It is a web based application (no need to download anything, just go to their website), that allows you to create very clean images, flyers, info-graphics, profile pictures, social media headers, and more.

The new color and logo will take some getting used to, but I do like the new way things are organized on this new header.

Its shows No pending references yet the header still shows "1" pending.

To get that additional 10%+ occupancy requires "spreading the word" I do this via Facebook posts to a dedicated VR page, I have also runs some FB ads, posted on LinkedIn (occasionally) and I use twitter.During our low season we do adjust our rates...I kind of play around with them, do a new header in vrbo too every couple of weeks.There are a couple of things you can do to increase your ranking on vrbo - we just have the very basic subscription level.I hope that gives you a few ideas.Aloha,Jeff

Double hung are notorious in having air infiltration problem on the jambs and possibly the headers.

There's a good rental property calculator on this site under 'Tools' in the header bar, or you can make your own spreadsheet (as I have, though it's still lacking a lot) 

Just head to the community header and go to "Find Members" from there you can look for members around you who are lenders, rehabbers, landlords, realtors, etc. 

Open up a wall check the size and condition of studs, headers etc. is the foundation slab or poured?
