actually, it was Monday the 14th, but i never got around to it to post.

it's located in garden city, purchase price is 73k. updates? around 15k or so. will rent for $1250 (high end). 3 bed, 2 baths, 1,070 sq. ft. , 2 car garage

it was a redemption sale. not sure why it stood around that long other than it was a cash deal only.

only 1 exterior pic for the moment. we have a bunch to do (#23,25, and a few turnovers) before we get to this one. 

located between livonia, westland and it's in garden city.

@George P., congratulations. You are adding to your holdings even faster than I am cutting mine back. It is interesting how different investors at different points in their lives and with different expectations and opportunities can view similar markets as buying or selling opportunities. The best part is that real estate is not a zero sum game like the stock markets. Both the investor buying and the one selling may be making the best decisions for their situations.
