Unless you have tens of thousands of dollars to flush down the toilet, I'd stay away and use whatever your tight budget is on marketing. 

I don't think we know where it will all flush out.. but in the short term it will hurt sales as folks will be afraid of the unknown.

However, to be honest, paying rent is absolutely flushing money into the toilet.

My offices are based out of Bayside and Flushing.

I called the plumber, who after fixing the clog told me that it was because of paper towels being flushed.

always get a sewer scope in your inspections.. most plumbing works fine when you have a home inspection and run the water a few minutes and flush each toilet.thing manifest themselves once they are put into real life use. 

Is if they where flushing stuff that caused it to back up.

Over time when deals build up and you become flush with cash then you have an authentic aura that  can exude you are an expert and confident in what you do.I had lean years starting out as every new agent does. 

Flushing that 7k down the toilet would have been a better use of my time than the endless hours spent just to be verbally abused and completely discouraged from doing this business.
