I plan to buy one, or two, more PR before I get to my forever home. 

This is just a cashflow and hold forever play.

People have been finding legal ways to do things that are not morally right forever.

Buying a business, adding value, and pulling that added value out has been around forever and will continue to forever. 

This effectively enables me to raise capital at 8% per annum, interest capitalizing, term forever.

Early Financial freedom will forever elude the person earning a middle class income, but who is unwilling to do some combination of quitting their job for something much higher risk/reward, like starting a business, drastically cutting back on expenses, etc.

Don't get caught up in analysis paralysis as we all can over analyze markets forever. 

We needed a larger home for our family, that would be functional for multi-generational living with our kids and our parents.This is our forever home family compound, so we have no intention to sell and hope to continue improving and creating new streams of income from the property.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
