Bingo I was done I sent them a copy of the Pennsylvania Mortgage Satisfaction Act of 2002  (Google it) The law states that whenever a lien is discharged for any reason the mortgagor must file a lien discharge within 60 days I then used this on the rest of liens and all were removed.
