I have had several Colorado LLCs (single member LLCS with one single family residential rental per LLC, so very small-time) for a decade, and always file my periodic report so am in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State, but have only just heard that I need to file a BOI report before the end of the year.

I need to file my return with the GA Department of State but can't figure out how to do it.

We have filed for eviction and the tenant has filed a law suit claiming false allegations.

File a criminal complaint and send it to the DOJ.

If they fail to pay, then you can consider taking them to small claims court or filing with a collection agency.
