Hi all,I have been a solo agent for a few years and recently joined a team with the hopes of learning some new things and try the cold calling aspect.

I guess to get a definite answer I'll have to cold call to get see if all these people are behind on their payment or it's just a standard practice behind some salesmen!

just cold call expired , its hard work makes you feel annoying as hell and its more like gambling with your time but its straight to the money. and all the best agents are listing agents anyways . focus on taking listings
