We Normally put steel posts nearby so no one runs into them.In the third picture one unit is just in front of the picture, then a second unit is at the far end on a post.These can be set off by deep fog, rain or sleet.

Rates that are too low relative to the rest of the market are a red flag.Agreed granted many of the HML have a sliding rate scale based on ARV and experience and maybe a little fico in there. lowest I have personally seen was 7% and 2 points.. and of course junk fees.

Yup, this is exactly the reason that I wouldnt allow delegated correspondent - it's too easy to get greedy and gloss over red flags when you get paid to package and sell risk to your partners instead of bearing it yourself.
