@Jeff DufordNo most tenants can barely dress themselves .I’ve toured some apartments before where the tenant not only dId a terrIble sloppy job but ruined laminate floor because they wouldn’t use the drop cloth and the paint got down in the flooring textured pattern on the planks .

@Michinori Kaneko I agree with @Matt K. most of my friends easily afford $2,000/ month rent/mortgage payments but they also drive new cars every other year, buy new expensive clothes every time the wind blows, and go out to $200 dinners regularly.
