Competing with brokers for a listing

I got put into a position today that I wasn’t expecting. I spoke to the daughter of a property owner whom I had lost spoken to about 3 months ago, her mother unfortunately has recently passed and now she wants to sell the property on her behalf. The problem is she’s not on the deed and the person in charge is interviewing different brokers to list the property. The daughter wants me to list it so she gave the person in charge my number. I feel as if it’s my obligation to wow this person and make sure he knows I’m the best bet to list the property. My question is how should I do this so I stand out from different brokers? P.S. the daughter told me the guy in charge is not pleasant to do business with.
