I like the WIIRE podcast - earlier episodes are primarily about MTRs although the hosts also provide a good deal of content relative to operating a successful real estate business.

There is definitely a lot of debate on this but, if you haven’t yet, you should definitely go back and listen to Episode 109 of the BP podcast with Scott Smith.

For podcasts I really like the House Hacking episodes on Bigger Pockets Podcast and other channels.
