Multifamily Investors,

What is your favorite part of the Chicagoland area to invest in, and why?

I talk to a lot of investors, and everyone has unique criteria. Some base their decisions strictly on numbers and do not care about the area, while others are okay with a lower yield but focus on the city and even specific neighborhoods.
