On the inside it is easy to tell kids would come in and hang out and get wild as there were dozens of liquor bottles and cigarette butts strewn throughout all the units.The carpet was horrendously stained with God knows what but luckily it didn't smell as bad as it could've thanks to no windows :) Holes in all the drywall and most faucet heads missing.

I guess if you bought someone with a broken arm a bottle of whiskey it would help them out for a while.What would really be interesting is if they created a tax incentive that allowed an investor to create a seller second on a property they sold to a home buyer, then they could turn around and donate the note to a charity and get a tax credit for the amount of the note.

I own an AirBNB and taught her how to turn over an apartment with fun games like “Squirt the bottle on one foot” or “Who can clean the room the fastest” REI is suppose to be fun and that’s a good way to start framing it.
