@Nick Britton, I've seen REALTORS who've signed on the dotted line, and taken the NAR required ethics courses, BOLD FACED LIE to either me when I was starting out as an investor, or to my parents.

Not trying to take away from your bold decision, but I'm saying you did the right thing and it is the BEST time to do it.  

I agree with @Jay Hinrichs in that the bold and unsubstantiated comments were just that, false opinions lacking any foundation or credibility.

Making a remark as you did regarding my character and my ethics, in such a bold statement, is most certainly a violation, especially given my explanations above and clarity I provided in regards to the item in question.I ask that you remove your comment.

When I get the text I click the link in it and it gives me a popup box reading AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED (bold, not caps), with regular font "bgrpkts.me" underneath, with two fields for username and password below that.

If you're not that bold, direct mail 'em and ask.  

Be bold and take a stance otherwise people will take advantage of your naivety.
