JV Deal
I offered to help another wholesaler in my city to move some properties that he may be having issues on selling. I'm a new wholesaler and looking to learn and also build realtionships (and hopefully a buyers list). Upon doing some research on the properties 2 are listed with realtors should this be a red flag? And should I have a contract in place with him? And if so should I wait til I actually have a buyer to even worry about a contract?
