I wanted to be sure that coffee/food/beverage business would be allowed. 

Nowadays with all of the local breweries, it is a nice touch to have a beverage that is tasty and local.

Hi Everyone,We have a NEW VENUE, our meeting on Feb 3rd will be at the Plaza Grill, in Arcata, right on the plaza(square).The address is 780 7th Street, on the third floor.If you come up the elevator in the back of the building, enter the restaurant, walk pass the bar to the sunken area in the middle of the floor.If you come in the front door and goes up the stairs, take a left at the top of the stairs , again we will be in the sunken area.We will be meeting at 5:30 and we will have a waiter if anyone would like a beverage or anything.

One of the developers told the story of a property in Dallas where tenants using the pool on the roof can order food and beverage from a restaurant on the ground floor and it will be delivered via drone.One area of surprise to me was the high-end condominium sales market is still very strong.

However industries such as steel, advertising, recreation and alcoholic beverages pay upwards of 40% and they are bought and sold all the time.

I think once you start serving food and beverage and other service it will change how you file. 

I've talked to multiple food and beverage owners and staff members and they are down in sales this year by quite a bit.

Y birthday, that is not until Friday so I plan to partake in plenty of adult beverages with friends and family to ease the pain suffered on this deal.
