commercial zoning question for Multi-Zone: Multi-Zone / Multi-Ovl
I have a client looking to purchase an office building zoned Multi-Zone: Multi-Zone / Multi-Ovly: Multi-Ovly
They would like to put a coffee shop in this building. Is anybody familiar with the zoning restrictions for multi-ovly. Currently its leased out as a medical office space. I wanted to be sure that coffee/food/beverage business would be allowed.
