Unless you are in a war zone and this is the cream of crop for selection then it really doesn't make sense.No legal advice given.  

Are they proposing 2 hours with cake and ice cream at 2pm,  an all day free for all, or partying until 10 pm.  

You Ramen people are all out of line.When I was in college I could get a can of tuna (protein), macaroni and cheese (carbs), and a can of cream of mushroom soup (flavor) for about $1.10. 

Ask to buy them a cup of coffee, a beer, lunch, dinner or ice cream...doesn't matter.

You cannot walk down the street, sit in a bar, talk to parents at a playground, attend a ice cream social, help pull a car out of a ditch without hearing how their parent, older aunt/uncle etc worked for Kodak.

I knew that you was going to get creamed when you said that the only ones you could trust were appraisers and Inspector‘s.

Not sure if it's the best thing to do for investing but I know it gives me peace of mind coming from LA where the homeless population is massive, rent is high and rising and debt to income ratio is bananas there.

That is the "icing" as you said...with cherries on top...and whip cream while you're at it. 

But a ridiculous number of the other people I went to college with are currently working high-paying jobs, living in bananas-expensive houses, driving cars that are bankrupting them.

I will listen to a nutritionist to tell me what bananas are good for you or not.
