if would be one thing if it was their life savings many times they teach them how to up their Credit card limits .. so the attendees actually borrow 20k at CC rates and knowing that they will pay the CC of with their first flip..

@John Hagen and @Chang Hee Lee I run the meetup the Chambana Investors group and we've got a good number of attendees coming for Tuesdays meeting so you can meet some other folks.

Some attendees may even look to book in the future.

I had a conversation with Bill & Alison Mencarow and suggested they add a sticker or ribbon to Bigger Pockets attendees and they agreed to do so.

Worth going to both if you are up for it, not a ton of overlap in attendees so you will meet new people at both and they have totally different topics so you won't just go and see the same presentation.  

These out of state groups partner with real estate gurus on the nationwide speaker circuit and purchase attendee leads or partner for a split of the profits.

Rates are dependent on make up of attendees, that is why I'm asking.

Each location would probably have slightly different costs and each location would do their own sign up for attendees.
