The inspection and approval process of s8 basically causes s8 applications to be lowest priority processing.  

My credit should be the highest allowable also and I shouldn't have problems with approval.

I’m approved for a mortgage and want to house hack but doesn’t feel like the opportunity is there at the moment, but I also know that’s a limiting belief.

Other software also has bank feed integration, automated income tracking, receipt scanner, accountant-approved reporting, etc.Of course, it totally depends on what features you prioritize!
