I thought about home inspector,  electrician, or plumber but currently have no technical skill with any of those plus 4 year apprenticeship may be a bit much.

But currently I’m waiting on an interview to get an apprenticeship for an electrician so that’s one way I will be increasing my income.

real estate appraisers are aging out.. with the qualifications IE 4 year degree and then long apprenticeship.. this is why lenders are now not requiring apprasials on all their loans like they used to.. 

In some skilled trades you have to do an apprenticeship as well, it could be years and years for some guys.

How do you manage the brokerage apprenticeship part if you don't actually plan to work as an agent, aside from your own deals?

These will teach you about it at a high level and talk about some success stories in wholesaling.As for hands-on learning, I am part of an apprenticeship group here in Utah.

I have a nonprofit organization that is designed to grow and rebuild communities from donations and grants; and will encompass an apprenticeship program were youth will gain experience and be certified to better their future all while increasing community value and better homes for those who are in need.Any ideas on this?

If the latter you get an apprenticeship provided by the government, otherwise you are sent to college, also by the government.  

The one that you think will be your best bet making the most money at long term.Being an Electrician is a totally different life experience than being a plumber or a Policeman or a Postal Employee, etc...What kind of work to you think "suits you best" and makes enough money so you have a surplus of money based on you (and your families) standard of living.Where can you get apprenticeship (and with whom), and how long will that last?
