How are people managing, or is it only SE Texas?

HI Zeek,The good thing about investing in the US is that you can have a fixed loan rate for 30years which is not common in SE Asia or other countries.

If you have sufficient income to max out your fica/se tax, then its really not "hurting" you. 

Interested to se how these type of things evolve.

This entity and tax structure allows me to reduce my SE Tax liability (as you already know). 

Even better if they already have decent to high salaries already sicne their SE/Fica responsibility will be covered. 

I like the area SE of cape coral pkwy.

Anyway, just want to se what your thoughts are on this. 

You don’t have "full" control per se.

I’ve already done a few projects and I would love to shift my focus to these types of government subsidized installations.The problem I’m seing is that since units run on electricity, the tennants will be responsible for their own heating costs.
