If a lender later sees that a borrower is "barking at them" over excess equity, the may make an attempt to raise the entry bid so that it is appropriate to make a good faith effort tor collect some equity for that owner.

At an apartment building we replaced central oil hot water heat (no central air) with individual heat pumps with central air, and insulated the attics to R-50, above the standard for new construction here of R-38.We've had many long term tenants, several more than 30 years.

Was it originally industrial and they changed it to R-3 hoping to get rid of the the eyesore after the owner let it go enough to condemn it or has it always been R-3 and no one just ever paid attention?
