Searching for co-signer with credit score 750+

I am looking to make my first acquisition, a single family property in Binghamton, New York. The property is a 2 bed 1 bath turnkey located in a prime student neighborhood. I am seeking a personal loan to make the initial acquisition, which I will eventually refinance after it is rented and seasoned. However, Acquiring a personal loan to purchase the property has proven to be problematic, as I am 21 years old and have limited credit history. I’m open to parting with equity in this buy and hold deal in exchange for the co-signing. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Best, Nick
