Looking for someone to grow with, who is patient and a bit of a teacher.

Some people need it, for everyone else - not so much, but universities, high school teachers, media, and parents will have you believe otherwise. 

The BEST teacher is to find someone who is doing what you want to do, and shadow them.

The best teacher is experience.So this is my focus right now or as the book says, my niche.

I do not cater *only* to military, but this housing is also suitable for teachers, policemen, firefighters, and similar tenants.  

Our teacher for the real estate exam class claims that veteran agents usually make around 3 times the amount I'm currently making per hour.I'm not a veteran agent obviously but the point is, if I continue down that path then I will end up in a place where my time is worth 3 times as much as it stands now.
