I am currently waiting for a estate contract to be signed by the seller on my first flip in Prince George's County, Md.Would love to get into creating a mailing campaign throughout several cities/counties in Md. for probate and unpaid taxes, I have researched probate and see Md has the probate information online but I can't really see where the actual real estate in listed.

If you have been tracking it, you can easily see the trend line..I am not aware of any consumer app that will supply this amount of hyper local data.Currently in my area - Prince George's county MD - Absolutely Mind blowing that all this is occurring during a Pandemic.
