Hey there BP Investors,

I have been lurking around BiggerPockets for quite a while silently absorbing all the great information on here and decided to finally say an Offical "Hello".  I am still very much new to real estate investing but have a rental property in NW/DC, that we are about to rehab and put on the market.  I am currently waiting for a estate contract to be signed by the seller on my first flip in Prince George's County, Md.

Would love to get into creating a mailing campaign throughout several cities/counties in Md. for probate and unpaid taxes, I have researched probate and see Md has the probate information online but I can't really see where the actual real estate in listed. Any help would be appreciated.

Respectfully,

JJ
