Having installed my own 14kw solar panel system on my own house without prior experience, I decided to do it myself on weekends and before and after work.It was way steeper than my roof.

Full kitchen and bath remodel, added a half bath in basement, replaced flooring and fixtures, paint throughout, and an electrical panel replacement.

Other examples which fall under this second category is adding storage units on the property or leasing space to a utility company for solar panel farming or other similar uses.
