After the US supplied them weapons in the 80's (plus what Russians left behind) Afghanistan has probably more guns per capita than silverware.

The U.S. forms a blockade of a sovereign country(cuba) from arriving Russian ship with possible missles weapons etc., and that is ruled ok.
