Thanks for all of the great advice.I suggest you talk to your broker and not act on advice given by folks in the Republic of Cali.I've been told by unreliable sources here on BP that Cali makes up ten per cent of the RE deals, they seem to make any deviation from standard and acceptable practice simply to be different I guess.
