Hello BP world. I'm looking to expand my real estate business into the Buy and Hold arena. I'm looking to establish a relationship with a Community or Local Bank representative. Does anyone know of a good contact who understand the real estate world and would be open to creating a mutually beneficial relationship. I live in Plano and any institution in the surrounding communities would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Republic Bank, Preston National Bank, and Texas Brand Bank are all investor friendly.
