What's your thoughts on using Rent Manager for an investor that already has professional property management?

You need to get contractors in and estimates done.

Having a solid team around you like agent, lender, contractors etc.

Real Estate Professional = 750 hours and more time on real estate than anything else.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Are they being professionally managed or DIY managed?

But it can be frustrating if you're on a tight time limit and don't have the patience of Job.Many hosts feel like a simple site that looks professional and is robust, does just as well for half the cost.

I'm looking to connect and network with other investors, contractors etc who have experience in this market. 

Thanks Sarah, I don’t see much house hacking going on in Essex or Dundalk in terms of listings on Zillow or FB so my concern would be finding professional adult roommates that want to house share in that area. i’ve been following a lot of the midterm rental groups in Facebook and the consensus is that contracts have decreased significantly and hospitals are using more local labor pools.

Most professionals will recommend a separate LLC for every $1 million in assets but I don't think that's necessary.
