An astounding volume of scuff marks and abrasions, nail holes, a ferw actual holes, it is beyond comprehension.

There are ALWAYS hidden surprises like electric that got ran around the meter 15yrs ago, copper stub-outs off galvanized plumbing, split floor joists held together by nailed-in 2x4s, etc.
