I have no issue with a RX that you go to a dispensary to get your meds but growing invites a whole other element.

Rinse and repeat.Then a Taco Bell or Starbucks comes in and med school for junior is "easy like Sunday morning.."

I only thought I could get another 2000 $ per month net income out of the building - I didn't know then what that would mean in terms of equity creation.NOW - I write this from the gorgeous sunny south of France between mountains and the Med, we moved here two months ago and are retired ages 39 and 41. 

@Joseph Delarosa Make sure all of your injuries/med issues are documented.

He told me that his wife has medical bills for MS, $5600 for meds and $505 for the infusion/ monthly.This is news to me...and if this is all true, this would cripple their ability to pay rent.
