In Jefferson County, it is the Birmingham Courthouse, and Shelby County, it is the courthouse in Columbiana.

In Louisville, you can go to the hall of justice on Jefferson and go to the small claims/evictions clerk's office on the third floor and ask them which courtroom landlord tenant court is happening in.
