-Join a local meetup-Build your knowledge-Determine your investing strategy-Figure out where your funds will come from for deals, your money, other peoples money, hard money, etc-Start analyzing deals to better understand your market-Direct mail or Cold call owners to find off market deals-Put some offers out there on potential deals-Close/Land your first deal and get the investing itch-Repeat with an equal or larger deal!

If you really feel the Itch to get out of your backyard, then partner with someone you can trust to get your toes wet before you jump all in.

I knew I had an itch for real estate but 3 years ago wasn’t even sure if Id ever pull the trigger.

I'm in Missouri now but am itching to get back to the Space Coast.

If the area has improved (sounds like it) there may be someone itching to take it off your hands and leave you a nice profit.

The leads are trickling in but we'd really like to ramp up our rentals (I'm itching to quit my day job!!)

You are scratching me right where I itch..

Set up a sprinkler or turn the hose on them every time they appear.I have also heard that spreading large quantities of pepper or itching powder on the ground where they camp also may work.

I'm currently living at home with the folks and taking care of them, but I'm still young and I'm itching to start my life.
