I've just been reading and watching tons of podcasts.

I am currently renting out a property to an unmarried couple and I just recently found out they broke up and he decided to leave the property and cancel the services he was paying for.

I've just had to get 2 units replaced myself in the last month (and it's not cheap) so that's fresh on my mind. 

I am a teacher from the Buffalo, NY area who recently found a love of all things real estate.

This is generally the area which is bordered to the north by 295, the east by Ramsey St, to the west by 210, and BUS 401 to the south. 210 and Ramsey sort of form a “V” shape to the south and Country Club Dr. cuts through the middle (W to E).I have recently found several homes in this area which meet my criteria but they move quickly and I have not been able to get one of them as of yet.

I recently found an older duplex with a unit for rent. 

I don’t know much about real estate, but I’ve just recently stumbled upon the BP podcast and have been trying to listen to/read as much BP content as possible in my free time.

I've just started to scratch the surface of the vast amount of resources available here, and I am very excited to meet all of my future friends here in the BP community!

This is mostly why I've just decided to try to take this into my own hands and destroy their name if the legal system won't work.
