If they are ok taking on a little more risk they have expressed interest in eagledale, beech grove, lawrence,  and pike. 

The COS attractions such as Pike's Peak, etc are summer-oriented.

I am aware of an entertainment center proposed  across 54 acres of land in the middle of Gallatin, Hendersonville, and unincorporated Sumner County on the corner of Shute Lane and Nashville Pike. 

You can make some educated guesses, but you never know what's coming down the pike to change the market. 

Chances are today Austin is a little more liberal so if there are not additional restrictions on landlords today, I can see that coming down the pike.
