Newbie ooking to Invest in Northern Vermont/Chittenden County

Hi - my name is Amber, from Vermont and looking to start my REI journey investing locally in Chittenden, Franklin and/or Lamoille Counties. I've been watching the market, almost daily for the past year or so and waiting for an opportunity to jump in! I am hoping to connect with other local investors. The market here is HOT, so I might be on the waiting on the sidelines a little longer, but will continue watching and learning in the meantime!
