I've seen it happen to others.After receiving a judgement you can file a warrant a week later.

Lastly, anyone that calls us directly is usually very interested in the property and will warrant our quickest response.  

Unfortunately, I was studying abroad during our transition to a new place, so I only know what my roommates told me about the condition of the house, but I trust that they didn't leave it so badly that it warranted that kind of cleaning. 

The City ultimately amended its ordinances to require an administrative warrant and to remove the criminal sanctions, and on Jan. 17, 2017 the court determined that the plaintiffs' motion for a permanent injunction was therefore moot.

If the former, then I'd say have a good conversation with them about how the manage it themselves - emulate their model and improve on it where it's warranted.  

I am confident there are no shingle manufacturers that would warrant installation like this.Now if the metal is completely flat and it is fastened to a solid roof deck, and the nails are going through the metal and roof deck, then it could be ok.
