Last week I skipped my weekly email, because my wife and I (along with other youth leaders) took 21 teens to an overnight camp for five days.

Speaking strictly as a rental investor and PM in Chicago and Raleigh-Durham markets, Zillow and Facebook Marketplace are the clear leaders in the market for leads.

Frankly, I have never cared what the gender, race, religious, sexual orientation etc ever when choosing a company.

I know of one through a friend of mine, but he noted it is also tied to his church and I don't know name of it or if they lend outside of that religious community.

I have had the pleasure of meeting some of the leaders at Anderson and they are a valuable firm in my personal opinion.
