Hello BP. I am looking at using Anderson Legal out of Las Vegas Nevada to help me set up my Business and Tax Structures. Does anyone have any experience working with them. They seem to be very knowledgeable with regard to setting up trusts, legal entities, LLCs, Holding companies etc and how they all relate and help each other. I feel like I am diving in the deep end with them if I go that direction and was hoping some bigger pockets folks may be aware of them.

I think they are competent, but be sure you need what they are selling you.  You don't need to spend $10k or more on LLCs and trusts if your just getting into investing.  Even if you are seasoned and can benefit from asset protection and tax planning, often times asset planners will set up complicated estate planning that is costly and unnecessary.

Just make sure that what they are proposing makes sense to you.
