The responses we get to those messages almost sound like they are trying to reason with themselves on how they can make it work.As new hosts we don't want to put a bad taste in anyone's mouth, but also don't want to jam a ton of people in here.

If your so certain of the collapse, hey by all means it's at least kind'a a free country still so you do you AND I QUADRUPLE down with my challenge that I will take ALL properties, coast-to-coast. 2020 exactly 0 of those doom preachers put there properties where there mouth was, I offered full market prices back then, I even offered 110% on contract terms to given them a guaranteed "golden parachute".

If you know people in the area--ask around--word of mouth is always the best source.

It sounds like there hasn't been default payments but as of now, thats word of mouth... and their lease is only one page -  I asked for better proof but they haven't gotten back with it yet.

Word of mouth from other investors is the best method for finding a quality property management company.

I live in the Greenville market.Prices are skyrocketing right now but you can find a deal through word of mouth and local wholesalers.
