Anyone here working as a licensed home inspector and also wholesaling or flipping properties? Im curious to how doing both could compliment one another. I feel like marketing be like two birds one stone? Or on the other hand are there are any conflicting interests or setbacks involved doing so? Any info from anyone taking on both would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
