Furnished with a mix of new linens/beds/some kitchen stuff, some rather elegant pieces that were lurking in family members' closets, furniture from Craig's list/estate sale and even found on the curb, for a total of a few thousand dollars.

Appearance BF gives a natural, elegant and comfortable feel.

My friends suggest steak houses and fine dining restaurants, but I have to fill one evening with a HUGE In and Out meal.

An example might be: 45 sq. ft of mold along a perimeter wall (dining room, living room wall adjoining the outside of the house).

I build then in ways that I will NEVER see that $$ back.....Life is more than accumulating $$.....some people spend big $$ on travel....clothes.....dining experiences..... none of that stuff does it for me...... we work hard to accumulate $$ so we can do the things WE enjoy......what's the point of having that $$ if its doesn't facilitate you to be able to spend some in a "less than financially sound way"......and everyone is different, so if you are financially sound in every other aspect of your life and you want a Tesla, then get one....

Peachtree Corners has some nice, established neighborhoods and fairly decent dining/shopping within walking distance.  

Entry. living room to the right, dining to the left, straight back to the kitchen, utility off to the left and 1/2 bath, stairs off the entry 4 beds up bath in master back corner, bath off hall up stairs.
