Furnishing a New Rental

Any advice on best way to furnish a new rental when on a budget and future renters don’t need brand new items?

Thrift shopping, goodwill, IKEA, websites, apps???

Needs: couches, bedding, kitchenware (plates, silverware, etc), desks, dining tables, dressers, etc.

Mahalo!

In warmer climates, garage sales are nice. Thrift stores and facebook classifieds will bring up a lot of treasures.

Go to the Short-term and Vacation Rentals forum and look for Mike's Deal of the Week. Now that we're close to Christmas, some stores are selling a lot of kitchen appliances for $5 - $10 brand new.
