Hi guys, I had one of my units broken into over Christmas, broke the window, stole some electronics and one of the property keys.

(My process now)Where I am the water bills are mailed to my PO Box as they do not have an electronic option.

Any tenant or owner bank can use ACH, because it is basically just an electronic check.

(they are the same) They use heavier duty parts, they were the first to use all aluminum evap coils, they have low pressure sensors/switches to protect your unit, they have been innovating more efficient motors, blower housings, electronics beyond other brands. 

We use them to docusign any and all documents, downloading electronic bills and uploading to our PM software as well as have them do our lease renewals.

That way my tenants are not paying extra to be able to pay electronically, which is a benefit to me.  

Obviously, I think the latter is more secure but I ask because I’m out of state and I don’t know when I’ll return to see the person, yet I can send the funds electronically from anywhere, anytime.

Then 10 minutes after the lease electronically signed and finalized through Avail the tenant contacts me and says they don't want to move in anymore... extremely bizarre. 

Then I use my bank to pay contractors electronically.
